What this site is

An information page about Magnolia Delight, a residential project at 18-1 Sultanpalya Main Road, Ganesha Block, Matadahalli, R.T. Nagar, Bengaluru 560032, by Magnolia Infrastructure Development Limited.

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract. No booking, allotment or right of any kind arises from reading it or from sending a form. Only a written agreement signed by both sides creates anything binding.

RERA

The project is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/230525/007772. Verify that registration, the approved plans and the declared completion date on the Karnataka RERA portal yourself. Do not take this page's word for any of it.

Images and figures

• Images marked Render are artist's impressions. Fittings, finishes, landscaping, furniture and views shown in them are indicative and are not part of what is sold.
• Photographs carry the date they were taken and show the building on that date, not on the date you are reading this.
• The walkthrough film is a drawing set in motion, not a finished building.
• Areas are stated as flat area, servant room area, shared area and saleable area, and are subject to the sale agreement. Where the two differ, the agreement governs.
• Distances are road distances as published by the developer, not drive times.
• Prices are indicative, exclusive of taxes, registration, stamp duty and statutory charges, and may change without notice.

Payment

Rs 5 lakh blocks a specific flat and the booking amount is 10 per cent of the agreement value. Neither is asked of you before you have visited and read the documents. Make every payment only to the developer's registered account against a written receipt. Nobody from this project will ask you to transfer money to a personal account, over WhatsApp, or in cash.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
